Coco Plums Travel
Website and Service Terms of Use
Rules for using the Coco Plums websites, applications, content and online services.
Effective July 21, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Coco Plums Travel websites, applications, search tools, customer support and related online services (the “Platform”), which are operated by Optimum Group LLC, doing business as Coco Plums Travel (“Coco Plums,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. A travel purchase is also governed by the Booking Terms and the supplier rules presented for that booking. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
3. Accurate information and accounts
Information you provide must be accurate, current and complete. If account features become available, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may require identity, payment or booking verification before providing access or completing a transaction.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- make a false, speculative or fraudulent search, booking or payment
- use another person’s identity or payment method without authorization
- scrape, crawl, copy or monitor the Platform through automated means without written permission
- bypass access, security, rate-limit or robot-exclusion measures
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with operation
- use Platform content or supplier data to build a competing commercial service
- violate law, sanctions, third-party rights or supplier restrictions
5. Platform content and third-party information
Coco Plums and its licensors own the Platform software, design, branding and original content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal travel shopping and booking. Supplier names, schedules, descriptions, prices and images may be provided by third parties and remain subject to their rights.
We work to present accurate and current information but supplier data, availability and prices can change. Maps, reviews, route information and other content are provided for planning and may not be complete. A booking confirmation and its supplier rules control over general Platform content.
6. Links and third-party services
The Platform may link to or integrate payment processors, travel suppliers and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their service. A link or integration does not make Coco Plums responsible for third-party content, availability, security or performance.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue Platform features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse or operations. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Terms that applied when a confirmed booking was made continue to govern that booking unless a change is required by law or is accepted by you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing excludes a warranty or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coco Plums will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for a Platform-only claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Coco Plums for the affected Platform service or BSD $100, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Booking-related liability is addressed in the Booking Terms.
9. Electronic communications
You agree that notices, confirmations, disclosures and records may be provided electronically to the email address or telephone number you supply. You are responsible for keeping contact details current and retaining copies needed for travel. SMS is governed by the SMS Terms.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. The courts of The Bahamas will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
