Coco Plums Travel
Booking Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you request or complete a travel booking through Coco Plums Travel.
Effective July 21, 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Booking Terms and Conditions apply whenever you search for, request, reserve, purchase, change or cancel a flight, accommodation, vehicle, activity, package or other travel service through Optimum Group LLC, doing business as Coco Plums Travel (“Coco Plums,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, a “Travel Service”). By submitting a booking, you agree to these Booking Terms, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, any payment or communications terms you accept, the booking confirmation, and the applicable supplier rules shown before purchase.
If you book for another traveler, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that traveler, provide their personal information, accept the applicable terms on their behalf, and make all payments due. You must give each traveler the booking terms and supplier rules that apply to them.
2. Our role and your travel contract
Coco Plums provides a travel-search and booking service. Unless the checkout or confirmation expressly identifies Coco Plums as the provider of a Travel Service, the airline, property, vehicle company or other identified supplier provides the Travel Service and is responsible for its performance. Your contract for transportation, lodging or another supplier service is with that supplier.
We may act as the supplier’s disclosed booking or payment collection agent. We do not control a supplier’s schedules, equipment, staffing, property standards, availability or performance. Supplier conditions of carriage, fare rules, house rules, rental terms, check-in rules and other restrictions form part of your booking. If a booking-specific supplier rule conflicts with these general Booking Terms on a matter controlled by the supplier, the booking-specific supplier rule controls.
3. Booking requests and confirmation
A search result, quoted itinerary or payment submission is not by itself a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we or the applicable supplier issue a confirmation containing a reservation reference, ticket number or other confirmation identifier. Inventory and fares can change until confirmation is issued.
Review the confirmation as soon as you receive it. Contact us promptly if it does not match your request or if you do not receive it within 24 hours. We may reject or cancel a request before confirmation if inventory is unavailable, payment is not authorized, information cannot be verified, a price or system error occurred, or fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected. If we cancel after collecting payment because of our or a supplier pricing or availability error, we will return the amount collected for the affected service to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another remedy.
4. Traveler information and documents
You are responsible for entering complete and accurate traveler names, birth dates, contact details and other requested information. A traveler’s name must match the identification or travel document that will be used. Corrections may be restricted or treated by the supplier as a change or cancellation and may carry fees or fare differences.
Each traveler is responsible for passports, visas, permits, health documents, entry requirements and any identification required for the journey. You are also responsible for reviewing check-in deadlines, baggage rules, dangerous-goods restrictions, connection times and accessibility requirements. Information we provide about these subjects is general assistance and not legal, immigration or medical advice.
5. Prices, currency, taxes and fees
The checkout page will identify the transaction currency and the total amount due to us at that time, including mandatory taxes and fees known to us. Optional extras and amounts collected separately by a supplier may be additional and will be disclosed when the supplier provides that information. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange rates or international transaction fees.
Travel prices are dynamic. A price can change before confirmation, after a voluntary change, or when a government tax or supplier-imposed amount lawfully changes. An obvious typographical, supplier-data or system error does not require us to sell a Travel Service at the erroneous price. We will give you the choice to accept a corrected price when reasonably possible or cancel the affected request and refund any amount we collected for it.
6. Payment
You authorize the payment described at checkout under our Credit Card and Payment Terms. Depending on the booking, Coco Plums, a payment processor or the supplier may appear on your statement and may collect all or part of the amount. A supplier may also require a deposit, incidental hold or payment at check-in, pick-up or departure.
Full payment must be received when due. A failed, reversed or declined payment may prevent ticketing or cause cancellation. You remain responsible for valid charges, including agreed supplier penalties, service fees and fare differences. Contact us promptly if you do not recognize a charge so that we can investigate it with the supplier or processor.
7. Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds
Eligibility for a change, cancellation, credit or refund is determined first by the fare, rate and supplier rules disclosed for your booking. Some bookings are non-changeable and non-refundable. If a change is permitted, the supplier may charge a fee and the current price may be higher than the original price. Coco Plums may charge a separate service fee only when that fee is disclosed before you approve the request.
Failure to check in or use a booked service is a no-show and may result in cancellation of remaining segments and forfeiture of the amount paid. Do not assume that missing one flight segment leaves later segments valid. Refund timing and method are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Supplier changes and travel disruption
A supplier may change a schedule, route, aircraft, room, property, vehicle or other element, or cancel a service. If we receive notice, we will make reasonable efforts to pass it to the contact details in the booking and assist with options made available by the supplier. You must monitor the email address and telephone number supplied, reconfirm important departure details and allow adequate time for check-in and connections.
Weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government action, public-health events, labor action, infrastructure failures and other events outside reasonable control can disrupt travel. Remedies are subject to applicable law and the supplier rules. Travel insurance may cover risks that neither Coco Plums nor the supplier assumes; review any policy carefully.
9. Conduct and supplier requirements
Travelers must follow applicable law and reasonable safety, security, check-in, occupancy, baggage, property and conduct requirements. A supplier may refuse service or remove a traveler when permitted by its rules or law. Amounts paid may be forfeited, and you are responsible for loss, damage, penalties or costs caused by your or your party’s violation.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Booking Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coco Plums is not liable for a supplier’s act, omission, insolvency or failure to perform, or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including lost enjoyment, profits or opportunity. Supplier liability may be limited by its contract, applicable law or international convention.
Where Coco Plums is legally responsible for a direct loss connected with a booking, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Coco Plums for the affected Travel Service, except where a higher or different remedy is required by applicable law. You remain responsible for taking reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss.
11. Contact, complaints and governing law
Raise booking questions or complaints as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your confirmation reference. For an issue occurring during travel, also notify the supplier promptly and give it a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The courts of The Bahamas will have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
