Coco Plums Travel
Credit Card and Payment Terms
The authorization and payment conditions that apply when a card or other payment method is used.
Effective July 21, 2026
2. Who charges you
Checkout or the booking confirmation will identify, where available, whether Coco Plums, a processor or the supplier collects payment. Charges may appear under Coco Plums, the supplier or a disclosed processing descriptor. A booking can involve separate charges for different suppliers, tickets, deposits, taxes or services, provided the combined authorized total is not exceeded without your further approval.
4. Currency and issuer fees
You will be charged in the currency shown when you authorize payment. Your issuer may convert the transaction, use its own exchange rate, or add foreign transaction, cash-advance or other fees. Those issuer charges are not collected or controlled by Coco Plums and are not refundable by us.
5. Verification and fraud prevention
We may use address, card, device, identity and booking information to verify a transaction and may request reasonable supporting information. We may delay, reject or cancel a transaction when verification fails or fraud, sanctions or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected. Do not send full card details or identity documents through an unapproved channel.
6. Payment data security
Payment card entry should be handled by a payment processor using security controls appropriate to the transaction. Coco Plums does not retain the card security code after authorization and will never ask you to send a PIN. Do not email, text or place a full card number or card security code in a general support message. Tokenized or masked payment references may be retained for booking support, reconciliation, refunds and fraud prevention.
7. Refunds and disputes
An eligible refund is returned through the original payment channel unless law or the payment provider requires otherwise. Supplier approval and bank processing time may apply. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy and your booking-specific rules.
Contact [email protected] promptly about an unfamiliar or incorrect charge so we can investigate. Nothing limits a lawful right to dispute a charge with your issuer. Knowingly seeking a chargeback for a valid, authorized and properly supplied non-refundable service may cause cancellation of related services and recovery of amounts lawfully due.
